Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Customer Support: Responsible for daily interaction with customer and inside sales personnel to address quality concerns. • Audit product / paperwork before customer shipment. • Strong Root Cause / Corrective Action skills. • Understand customer technical specifications and translate/summarize for others. • Frequent customer interaction, communication skills critical. • Some travel required. • Perform failure analysis. • Monitors, tracks and follows up on all internal and external corrective actions. • Reports status on RMA’s ECAR’s ICAR’s and FAR’s thru daily update meeting and then summarizes it for quarterly management review. • Complete customer yield reports as requested. • Must have in depth knowledge of PCB’s, IPC Specifications, and Mil Specs. • Awareness of ISO 9001 standards is preferred. • Candidates should have a track record in excellent customer service. • Strong proficiency in Windows-based business applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook). • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent requests. • Prepare quality reports and QA documents and procedures as required. • Enter customer required information in various customer web-sites • Assist in determining disposition of product • Work with Engineering and production while implementing QA plans as needed to meet customer requirements. • Work with production to develop checks and balances necessary to prevent defective product from reaching the customer.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, success driven individual with: • Minimum of 2 years PCB experience in quality assurance procedures and processes • High school diploma • Must have in depth knowledge of PCB’s, IPC Specifications, and Mil Specs. • Awareness of ISO 9001 standards is preferred. • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services. • Strong proficiency in Windows-based business applications (Excel, Word, & Outlook).
