As a Construction Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
Co-ordinating the customers requirement and the corresponding Buildings & Infrastructure Services deliverables.
Preparing costed bid-proposals that exceed customer needs, with an appropriate and viable delivery solution.
Development of project work breakdown structures, project management plans, schedules, risk plans and cost management plans.
Establishment, collation and integration of various project reporting metrics for reporting on Safety, Quality, Finance, project performance, risks and opportunities.
Manage assigned relationships with small/medium-sized suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure all contracts are delivered and that issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
As a Construction Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Degree qualified or equivalent with relevant experience in an appropriate construction related subject
Chartered in relevant discipline or near Chartered, committed to achieving such status
Extensive post graduate experience in the management of construction/infrastructure projects
Association of Project Management Qualification (or equivalent)
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project)
